Stella Java,
tarting tomorrow we will be carrying Canyon Oats, something alternative to the people that dont want sweet beginning to their day.
“Canyon Oats”

Canyon Oats all natural oatmeal was designed specifically for the specialty coffee market and the amazing shops serving that great coffee out there. We love great coffee and the foods that go so well with it, so we present to you Canyon Oats.
Our oatmeal to go cereal was first put together in a cutting edge coffee shop and roaster right here in the heart of the red rock canyonlands of St George, Utah. No cute names or artificial ingredients here. . .we started with very pure and simple ingredients such as whole rolled oats, sea salt, cinnamon and golden flax seed. Then we hunted down the good stuff like toasted California almonds and real maple sugar right from the maple tree; cranberries, tart cherries, natural walnuts, and much more. The result was nothing short of amazing!
Canyon Oats is carried in the finest coffee shops in the nation. . .if you don’t see it in yours, ask for it by name and then send them here.
The Next 6 weeks we will have our good friend Emilio Cimicchi from Orvieto italy will be serving up his famous Mocha-chinos. stop down and ask for one.
Stella’s Java has a new addition to their services….lunch! And this week you’ll get to sample what they have to offer. Their sandwiches and salads are made fresh daily from the Time Market.
The case came in for the POS today. We will retro fit the case to house the square card reader to read from the side. Here are some photos so far.
Last night I stopped by Exo to pick up another batch of joe. It is amazing to see the transformation of their new space. When they are open please stop by and check it out.
Well EXO stuck me with 10 lbs of coffee to pull thru my new machine. I have 7 days to go thru this anyone want help to drink this?
Hi Guys,
we are about 3 weeks off form the opening and i am really getting nervous for this thing. not sure we will pass the inspection right off the bat but man this coffee cart is looking good. last week we were looking for a siding for the cart and stumble across a big pile of reclaimed barn wood and knew exactally that was what i want!
Here are some photos of this weekend “week 1″ of the coffee cart being built. we are still on track of a december launch at St. Mary”s Hospital. Stay tune!
